Experience is definitely overrated - and I believe that applies to more than just the Presidency. By the way, I am taking the rankings with a grain of salt, and I still don't see how G.W. is that high. Has there been a worse President?

Yeah, rankings of recent presidents are kinda iffy since there's no historical perspective. It's easy to not like Bush, but I'm going to put my money on Buchanan. All that leadership experience and he did nothing when southern states started seceding.
