Top 10 dead or dying computer skills
In 1997, Cold Fusion and PowerBuilder were everywhere and I felt out of it for not knowing them. Makes me scratch my head just a little to wonder what the new entries on this list will be in 10 years.
Stacy will appreciate Cobol at #1.
i did a custom cobol implementation in 1999. not just y2k, new code.
interestingly, i might get to keep my job at my recently acquired company b/c i know cobol and can help my new company get some legacy code onto newer technology.
weird.

Unfortunately, I have studied a number of things on the list. Haven't used them in years - probably not shocking considering the title of your post. I will not really miss Cobol!
