For a two week turnaround, I think the place looks great. New stainless appliances (fridge with bottom freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and range), granite countertops, and a fresh coat of paint. I've learned lots of things for the next time I'm selling a condo, which I hope will be never, unless I'm fortunate enough to own property other than my home.
The lighting in these pictures is kind of wonky, but nevertheless…

Kristin has been living there since early December. There's not much furniture in the place, but what is there is hers.
I'm not a big fan of granite, but as far as granite goes, you guys did a nice job. I've seen some granite that is just awful looking. I'm sure it'll make a good impression.
Hard Lesson #1 of condo selling:
What you, as the seller, like is meaningless. Shed your pride and your prejudice. What the buyer likes means everything.
I know it's meaningless as far as you are concerned - I just don't understand why "granite countertops and 42 inch maple cabinets" is such a big selling point. I guess everyone wants their kitchen to be a carbon copy of everyone else's kitchen. I promise you, if we ever have the opportunity to do a kitchen in our future house, it's going to be very different. And it won't matter, because hopefully we'll be there so long that granite and maple cabinets will be a thing of the past.
