iTunes Signature Maker
This little app examines your iTunes library and creates a condensed signature of your music based on some basic parameters. This .wav file is what it spit out for me based on recent tracks.

What if you have radio stations and podcasts in your library? Sounds like an iMix gone wild. I like the WishMix app.

It ignores radio stations and podcasts...it's not a mix maker; it's a toy/experiment.
