This one is over 2 years old, but what's the internet for if not to recycle quality links you missed the first time round.

This list needs to be redone from the Chicago point of view. I'd reckon game 6 of last year's NLCS was a solid Level 3 Guillotine, though you could argue for Level 1 status.
