Best ballgame I've ever been to. period. Cubs come back from being down 3-1, then 9-4, then 10-9 in the 9th and Sosa and Alou hit back to back shots for the win.
WAHOOOOO!
What a great game!
Admitedly, I've never really watched alot of baseball on TV; including the cubbies (playoffs aside).
However, I know I'll watch alot more this season, mainly because I'm in a fantasy baseball league AND most of the guys that I go to school with are huge fans of the game.
I got back from court yesterday (we had oral arguments in front of judges...first time for all of us. Nervous? Yes. -- but they went well. I had that excitable high afterward when you know you accomplished something and you don't have to worry about it anymore).
So of course, we had to celebrate = Beers and Cubbies.
Turned the game on in the 6th and watched it unfold from there. Obviously, one of the best games I've ever seen. So exciting--and halfway thru the 8th, I turned to my friend and said, "I'll bet Jason is at this game". WAHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
