Hey, I have an even more radical idea than Gov. Rod Blagojevich's plan to spend $26 million a year to mail books to children every month from birth until age 5.

It sounds wild, but hear me out.

Why don't we create a entire network of buildings throughout the state -- nearly one in every large neighborhood area -- in which the state provides, free usage not only of books but also of magazines, recordings and computer access?

That was a pretty great post - I laughed out loud. By the way, the Tetris addition is SO COOL! We do need some high score lists, now. :)
