Since my original post on Barry Cunnane back in May, a fair number of people have come here searching for further news or details. Today, Mike from Barry's memorial site e-mailed me about an event to raise money towards a reward.
When: Sunday, October 5, 3pm to 9pmBarry's killer has not been found. The event is raising money for a reward for any information leading to an arrest.
Where: The Irish American Heritage Center - 4626 N. Knox Ave. Chicago, IL
Cash bar. Entertainment will be provided
Voluntary donations will be accepted at the door.

This will be a great event for a great cause... We hope we can get a good crowd and a substantial purse. The Chicago Police will help promote once we raise the funds.
