Here's the list of billboards on I-90 between the toll and Rt. 53 that I pass everyday. Stop and think how many ads bombard you everyday, everwhere you go.

  • The Hulk Movie (looks dumb)

  • James Taylor in concert at Allstate Arena (I'd rather donate my eardrums to science)

  • Starbucks Frappucino

  • US Cellular with Joan Cusack

  • Garlands of Barrington (big houses that all look alike in a ziplocked community)

  • Hollywood Casino (best odds!)

  • The Container Store

  • Air Jamaica

  • Victoria Casino (best odds!)

  • Ford Mustang

  • Denny's restaurant

  • Washington Mutual

  • Citgo Gas

  • Bud Light

  • Pete Miller's (steakhouse in Evanston and now Wheeling!)

  • Don's Hard Lemonade (complete with blond hard body and lemonade dew on said hard stomach)

  • Citi (no clue what their company does)

  • Culver's (picture of greasy hamburger)

  • Kaluha

  • Bud Light (in case you missed the first one while writing down the names of billboards)

  • 101.9 (radio)

  • Bryant Heating & Cooling

  • CDW (computer store)

  • Chrysler Pacifica

  • Acura TSX

  • Papadeux Seafood (all you can eat)

  • Busch Light

  • Hooters

  • 103.5 (big lips)

Your ride must have been pretty boring today. :) That is serious bombardment. Add TV ads, internet popups, and radio commercials. It is truly amazing when you think about it... especially how much money is being spent on advertisements.

Maybe I never looked that much going between my parent's house and downtown during my drives, but i would have guessed 10-12 billboards. Not 29.

Citi is Citibank. I think you have heard of them.

I'm surprised there's not more blond hardbodies...they should fix that. Why else would you use/purchase the other advertised products? I'm drinking that hard lemonade as opposed to using Citi.
