Warren Buffett, the second richest person in America, has written an article at the Washington Post entitled Dividend Voodoo. A fascinating read. (Ok, maybe not fascinating, but interesting as hell that a guy with this much cash is publicly writing "Please stop screwing the people who can't afford to be screwed") Some people will defend this tax plan just because "Dubya thought of it, so it must be good", but then some things can't be helped.
